4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Sign-on open
8:30 PM: Gates close (unless pre-arranged with organisers)
Saturday 7th
7:00 AM: Gates open
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Sign-on
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Tracks open
4:00 PM onwards: Camp activities kick off
8:30 PM: Gates close
Sunday 8th
7:00 AM: Gates open
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Tracks open
